Following a successful career in executive administrative roles with two Fortune 500 companies and experience in high-tech environments, Carol was drawn to serving the non-profit sector in the beautiful Lakes Region of NH. She was Finance & Operations Director for 15+ years.  In addition Carol has served on three non-profit Boards as Treasurer, choosing to retire from her last role in late 2016.  While experiencing many facets of managing a small business, she has honed in on how to operate on a very limited budget.


Her professionalism and organizational experience are a valuable resource for small business owners who may have limited capacity. Her strengths include working closely with entrepreneurs to grow their businesses by managing their in-house financials, guiding clients toward better organizational strategies, and improving control of day-to-day operations. Clients immediately sense her personal enthusiasm in their goals and her willingness to 'roll up her sleeves' to get things done.
